OVERVIEW:
Abbey is a very sensible girl and knows better than to get worked up over silly things such as a boy breaking up with her. Of course, she does rather like the other end of the stick of cases like that. She enjoys colors, yes colors, a world where everything is literally black and white just seems so depressing and too uniform for her. She firmly believes that there's a good balance of chaos and peace in the world, just because you can't have one with out the other. There are those days where she loses her cool and goes and an epic yelling spree at any one willing to annoy her, which she never enjoys but hey life is life.
Abs is not exactly someone to take the wheel at first chance, she usually waits to take it when she knows no one else is willing to step up. The passenger seat is much more comfortable for her, where she can just report the facts and enjoy life without worrying that one mistake could lead to something like the end of the world. Abbey is not someone who goes around shunning the world, it seems a bit stupid to her. How can she enjoy something if she has no friends or people to talk to? Granted, she is very open about her opinions and unknowingly might insult someone. Still, the occasional introduction to someone new always makes for a better day.
Abbey is a girl who does not understand why girls get so giggly when they find out a guy likes them. Yes, she loves flirting and boys as much as the next seventeen year old girl, but to get that excited over it? Boys are stupid. She is all too aware of this fact and is not afraid to keep that knowledge known. Because once a girl knows that, life just becomes easier for everyone. Girl talks and sleepovers are not her specialty, now ask her about a classic novel and you got yourself a conversation.

OVERVIEW:
There once was a time where purebloods in slytherin had a distaste for close to everyone. This "tradition" has stayed in some families, and for the Montague's, it was the highest standard. Octavius Montague and Penelope Clearwater were both raised as purebloods. Where Montague was a Slytherin though, Penelope was a Ravenclaw. Through their years of school they rather hated each other, seeing opposite ends of the same issue and all.
After school, that started to change. Both took the same job position and for awhile were rivals about it. It came to a point where Penelope went off for a simple vacation and during the vacation Octavius realized he rather enjoyed arguing with the stubborn Ravenclaw. When he manned up and told Penelope he missed her she simply made fun of him saying how he had a crush on her. Eventually--like a year later--that lead to a "date". To this day they still don't admit to ever going on dates though.
When the two were twenty year olds a baby girl was conceived. They were not married, not living with each other, and didn't plan on either. But when Penelope found out she was pregnant she practically threatened Octavius that they were raising this kid since it was 50% of each other. They never married, but when the girl was born she was named Abigale Dawn Montague, and not long after, they were expecting another kid.
Growing up was a different story. Octavius, still living with Penelope, never truly grew attached to his eldest daughter and usually let her do what ever she felt like. There had been countless times where it was clear she was going to Hogwarts--first sign of magic at age four--but that was not enough for him to even become excited at the thought of her being placed in Slytherin. In 2015, Abbey found that her father did not care much about her at all so attempted to run away. Her mum was distracted with her little sister and her father was looking for every reason possible to be out of the house. When she ran away, she really just ran to a childhood friend's who had parents owl her own.

RP SAMPLE: off of Flatlined Ihibition:
Astoria wiggled about in Draco's arms. Call her crazy but even she didn't start trying to make out with people on the spot. Nope, she started with conversations. Though part of her just wanted to melt in Draco's arms. She fought the feeling though, if she melted, she would just be another girl who let Draco Malfoy inside her pants. That was nothing special at all and Astoria was rather sick of just being another girl. Since she was eleven she had become just another girl who would never amount to Daphne Greengrass and Pansy Parkinson. As much as she hated it, no matter how many times she slept with Draco Malfoy, Daphne was the one who could kiss him and hold his hand in public.
There was one way that she could change that however, and that idea was always dancing in her head. She knew Draco would never go to the distance to tell Daphne that he was sleeping with her little sister. Astoria didn't entirely blame him, after all, he was the one in the relationship. But, being better than Daphne at something...Astoria had to hide her smile of accomplishment. Of course, his next comment seemed more like a backhanded compliment. Now, Astoria may have been one to hand out those kind, but to receive them? That was just asking for trouble. Being told she was not as pretty as her sister by a complete stranger was a punch to the gut alone, but hearing it from Draco was far worse. "Aw, Draco, you know you may not be as important as Potter...but at least your better at Transfiguration," she stated, running a well manicured hand through his sleek blond hair.
Draco released her and started moving about, Astoria looked over at him and followed him to the table. Instead of taking a seat on a chair she hopped on top of the table so that her legs dangled over the edge of it. She was short, there were times were people mistook her for a Hogwarts student still. Though, she was very aware that she had enough small tattoos to prove she was of age. After all, you could only have so many before you got into trouble at that school. By the time she graduated she had four tattoos and since she left--which really was a couple months ago--it had escalated to eleven. The ones most visible; the "D" inside a heart on her left wrist, the music note below it, the star on her other wrist and the lightning bolt below that usually had the most questions asked.
Astoria listened to Draco complain about her sister, a small smirk danced on her lips. Surely, she was not as annoying as Daphne. Daphne was a princess in her own little world, that had never truly changed. The only part that changed was that Daphne was two years older in Hogwarts with "cool kids", why would she defend her little sister when Astoria was being picked on? "Can you guess why Daphne is becoming more irritable lately?" Astoria said, taking Draco's arm--the one that had the Dark Mark--and began tracing her fingers along the old tattoo. "It's certainly not because she's pregnant nor because she's growing more clingy. You, Mr. Malfoy, are growing up. I don't believe that the most desperate pureblood would marry Daphne. Know why? She isn't growing up. She's still caught up in her high years at Hogwarts. That's why you like me, I don't like to get caught up in those years. I had nothing special in them so I don't want to think of how 'better' they were. Daphne enjoyed those years, ruling Slytherin with you and Pansy, that was her life." Astoria did think about the past, whether she admitted that or not, but she tried not to dwell on it. The only thing she ever wanted to dwell on was proving that she was better than her sister.
